    Our talented chefs will now be taking orders until 10:00 PM on weekends.
    This means you can savor your favorite dishes, appetizers, and desserts until the clock strikes 10!

    Bar Hours

    The good times don’t stop there! Our bar will be serving your favorite drinks, cocktails, and more until midnight, giving you an extra hour to unwind and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

      Nestled at the Xquisite Catamaran Center, this new culinary gem is ready to spice up the Bahamas’ vibrant food and hospitality scene.

      The Galley – A Culinary Voyage

      The Galley – Bar & Restaurant, a fresh addition to the Xquisite Catamaran Center, is set to take you on a gastronomical adventure, blending local and international flavors. From 3 pm until 11 pm, unwind at the bar with a chilled cocktail or a glass of fine wine. From 4 pm until 9 pm, treat yourself to an array of delightful dishes, each inviting your taste buds on a unique journey.

      In celebration of the soft opening, The Galley offers a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine with every dinner order throughout June. Now that’s a reason to toast!
